For those that are reading this review, I was expecting at least 5 weeks and I got it in around 3. There were no updates in the portal until 3 days before the package arrived, but support is very responsive if you have any concerns. Thank you guys again. My first order with Pharmahub went really well, there was some initial confusion on the payment side but once that was figured out I received my order quickly.
The second order hasnβt been nearly as smooth. I placed my order originally on 8/23. There was no update on itβs status until 8/29 at which point a label seems to had been created with a tracking number. There were updates until 9/3 all of which said either Arriving or Departed Shipping Partner Facility. Since 9/3 the status has been:
βDeparted Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item, Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 9:00 am on September 3, 2025β¦A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the packageβ
I appreciate what Pharmahub does, and my first order went very well. But given that itβs now 9/9 and there has been no update to my order, specifically no response from the multiple times Iβve reached out to customer support is disappointing. I will gladly update/change my review given I receive some kind of helpful response.

Long Delays, Incorrect Product β Deus Sucks, Pharmahub.to not much better
On 4/5/25, I placed an order. The order took over a month to prepare to even ship, then it took two more weeks to ship. Then after all that, today, 5/19, I get a completely incorrect order. Pharmahub.to was no help to support in getting Deus to actually ship the product. The vendor Deus is dangerous and worse than incompetent by sending the wrong medication. I MAY use pharmahub one more time (but never again Deus) only because my first order actually came (it too took five weeks) and it was correct. However, if you use this broker, prepare to wait, prepare for apologies without action, and just prepare in general that youβre buying questionable things on the Internet and you may deal with shady, if not unsafe, merchants to get your product.

Youβll get your order but prepare to wait
Pharmahub is a distribution network for various pharmaceutical suppliers. Their inventory is unparalleled and they offer specific deals that cannot be found on the individual websites. At the end of the day, pharmahub did their job and brokered the supplies. However their preparation times and shipping along with the lack of frontend communication about exactly how long it would take was honestly misleading. The first order took 5 weeks, the second just got a tracking number after 3, and since itβs coming from abroad, it will take another two. The packaging etc was discreet, there were no concerns with the shipping itself. However, I recommend curbing your excitement as you prepare yourself to wait for over a month for anything you order. The customer service was great, but it was always initiated by me. And even when I asked it was more βplease be patientβ responses. Anyway, eventually the high quality products arrived intact, but not without undue stress at the excessive wait time.

Over 2mos and still havenβt recieved all my products.
Terrible! Absolutely Terrible. I placed my order on Feb 5, 2025. Today is April 18, 2025. And I still havenβt recieved the remainder of my products. The tracking number shows now movement of my products since April 15th. Pharmahub is Terrible at returning emails. And they donβt offer refunds because of βsecurityβ reasons. Iβve never heard of that nonsense. I will never use them again. Terrible service all around.
As we told you privately by email. We are sincerely sorry for the delay in delivery due to a sudden influx of parcels to be processed.
The latest news is that the last parcel has been delivered, as you have also confirmed.
If you ever want to try again with us, I invite you to send me an email beforehand so that we can give you a coupon for a commercial gesture in addition to a processing priority.
