US domestic warehouse

Order placed in a US domestic warehouse, delivered well ahead of schedule for me. But I did not receive any email after the payment was validated.

Things to improve: Communication, otherwise it was a nice surprise for me.

Bad service

I ordered March 6 , it says payment confirmed but I still haven’t received any confirmation by email a tracking number nothing I have emailed y’all two times and still haven’t got a response it’s been over 48 72 hours and I still haven’t heard nothing on the product I have ordered and y’all say y’all send out an email confirmation which I haven’t gotten

Missing Items

I recently received an order on 3/17/2025 where a portion of the order was missing. I have since contacted them and have not received a response as of yet. I have ordered multiple times with no problems, this is the first time. My only complaint is that they don’t always send a tracking number and the package just shows up. Not a big concern, but sometimes you really need that information in the event that you will not be home for a few days.

Very Pleased

Was a bit apprehensive at first. Order tracking didn’t update until about two days away from delivery. Entire process took two weeks. That was 8 weeks ago, very pleased. Planning the next currently.

Thoroughly Satisfied

Well, it took a while, but with the Holiday season I can hardly blame the site. I received my entire order, and Pharmahub.to delivered in spades. There was originally a stock issue on half the order, but they walked me through every step of ironing out the details, and replacing the order… And hey, I’m already seeing results! Quality products, quality support… I’ll be back… Hopefully shaped like Arnold

PHARMAHUB.TO is the best so far.

Last month it was my first time ordering thru PHARMAHUB.TO.
I’ve used other site with varying success. As in; some packages never arrived, arrived very late (months!) , and some orders were split between mailings so I couldn’t stack a cycle as I wanted to.
Using Pharmahub.to was great! Seamless. Package arrived 2 weeks after order and was packaged perfectly so it did not get unwanted attention.
I will be ordering again thru this company from now on. Thanks Greg-Boston. Ma

packaging – delivery – product quality

the tracking system which sometimes takes a long time to update, it would be good to update this point.
The rest is ok, parcel received in good and due form (packaging – delivery – product quality) I’ll give you 5 stars when you’ve ticked all the boxes.

Haven’t heard anything about my order

Order sent 2/5/25. No tracking number or info sent. My payment has been confirmed. I’ve send several emails that have not been returned.

HORRIBLE

I PLACED AN ORDER ON NOVEMBER 24th OF LAST YEAR. IT IS NOW JANUARY 7 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE ABOUT MY ORDER. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LACK OF SERVICE THEY GIVE TO A PAYING CUSTOMER.

Sketchy transaction

I’ve tried ordering off of this site, twice now. Once, rcvd an order id and an email stating payment form well rcvd but then nothing else. Tried emailing and rcvd a response of waiting for payment! I responded to the email informing and with screen shots…making sure this isn’t going to be duplicated. So I cancel that order and try again, this time a completely different issue. Even though I put in one amount, a completely different issue many was in the transaction.

Order Paid for on 10/23 but nothing heard on shipping

I ordered on 10/23 and made payment immediately after via ZELLE. I followed the directions and provided the proof of payment. I received an email on 10/23 at 2:04PM EDT stating the β€œPayment Form Well Received” and that I would hear something within 48 hours. It has been well beyond 48 hours and I am worried I will not receive my order and be out my money. Can someone please reply to this review and advise me the status of my order?

months plus waiting with no help

I ordered at the beginning of August with Bitcoin from an American warehouse. With insurance. It’s almost October I never received my product they told me it had a ship from China and they were sorry and now it’s lost in shipping. Even though I paid insurance they just sent me bullshit email after bullshit email placating me while not doing anything.
I’ve told them 20 times please can I redeem my insurance cuz I paid you a lot of money oh yeah we’ll do it tomorrow do it tomorrow do it tomorrow they never do it so I don’t know what’s going on with this place I I had a successful experience with them once but it seems like maybe they’re going downhill maybe they’re having problems or something but I just don’t know if they’re trustworthy anymore I can’t honestly say it’s a safe place to send your money cuz I’m out $140 AND I paid β€˜ insurance’ .
