You’ll get your order but prepare to wait
Pharmahub is a distribution network for various pharmaceutical suppliers. Their inventory is unparalleled and they offer specific deals that cannot be found on the individual websites. At the end of the day, pharmahub did their job and brokered the supplies. However their preparation times and shipping along with the lack of frontend communication about exactly how long it would take was honestly misleading. The first order took 5 weeks, the second just got a tracking number after 3, and since it’s coming from abroad, it will take another two. The packaging etc was discreet, there were no concerns with the shipping itself. However, I recommend curbing your excitement as you prepare yourself to wait for over a month for anything you order. The customer service was great, but it was always initiated by me. And even when I asked it was more ‘please be patient’ responses. Anyway, eventually the high quality products arrived intact, but not without undue stress at the excessive wait time.

Over 2mos and still haven’t recieved all my products.
Terrible! Absolutely Terrible. I placed my order on Feb 5, 2025. Today is April 18, 2025. And I still haven’t recieved the remainder of my products. The tracking number shows now movement of my products since April 15th. Pharmahub is Terrible at returning emails. And they don’t offer refunds because of “security” reasons. I’ve never heard of that nonsense. I will never use them again. Terrible service all around.
As we told you privately by email. We are sincerely sorry for the delay in delivery due to a sudden influx of parcels to be processed.
The latest news is that the last parcel has been delivered, as you have also confirmed.
If you ever want to try again with us, I invite you to send me an email beforehand so that we can give you a coupon for a commercial gesture in addition to a processing priority.

Order placed in a US domestic warehouse, delivered well ahead of schedule for me. But I did not receive any email after the payment was validated.
Things to improve: Communication, otherwise it was a nice surprise for me.

I ordered March 6 , it says payment confirmed but I still haven’t received any confirmation by email a tracking number nothing I have emailed y’all two times and still haven’t got a response it’s been over 48 72 hours and I still haven’t heard nothing on the product I have ordered and y’all say y’all send out an email confirmation which I haven’t gotten

Missing Items
I recently received an order on 3/17/2025 where a portion of the order was missing. I have since contacted them and have not received a response as of yet. I have ordered multiple times with no problems, this is the first time. My only complaint is that they don’t always send a tracking number and the package just shows up. Not a big concern, but sometimes you really need that information in the event that you will not be home for a few days.

PHARMAHUB.TO is the best so far.
Last month it was my first time ordering thru PHARMAHUB.TO.
I’ve used other site with varying success. As in; some packages never arrived, arrived very late (months!) , and some orders were split between mailings so I couldn’t stack a cycle as I wanted to.
Using Pharmahub.to was great! Seamless. Package arrived 2 weeks after order and was packaged perfectly so it did not get unwanted attention.

the tracking system which sometimes takes a long time to update, it would be good to update this point.

Haven’t heard anything about my order
Order sent 2/5/25. No tracking number or info sent. My payment has been confirmed. I’ve send several emails that have not been returned.

Sketchy transaction
I’ve tried ordering off of this site, twice now. Once, rcvd an order id and an email stating payment form well rcvd but then nothing else. Tried emailing and rcvd a response of waiting for payment! I responded to the email informing and with screen shots…making sure this isn’t going to be duplicated. So I cancel that order and try again, this time a completely different issue. Even though I put in one amount, a completely different issue many was in the transaction.

Order Paid for on 10/23 but nothing heard on shipping
I ordered on 10/23 and made payment immediately after via ZELLE. I followed the directions and provided the proof of payment. I received an email on 10/23 at 2:04PM EDT stating the “Payment Form Well Received” and that I would hear something within 48 hours. It has been well beyond 48 hours and I am worried I will not receive my order and be out my money. Can someone please reply to this review and advise me the status of my order?

months plus waiting with no help
I ordered at the beginning of August with Bitcoin from an American warehouse. With insurance. It’s almost October I never received my product they told me it had a ship from China and they were sorry and now it’s lost in shipping. Even though I paid insurance they just sent me bullshit email after bullshit email placating me while not doing anything.
I’ve told them 20 times please can I redeem my insurance cuz I paid you a lot of money oh yeah we’ll do it tomorrow do it tomorrow do it tomorrow they never do it so I don’t know what’s going on with this place I I had a successful experience with them once but it seems like maybe they’re going downhill maybe they’re having problems or something but I just don’t know if they’re trustworthy anymore I can’t honestly say it’s a safe place to send your money cuz I’m out $140 AND I paid ‘ insurance’ .
