Original shipment got lost in the mail and after contacting customer service, they advised I needed to wait a couple of weeks to ensure it was truly lost. After 2 weeks, I reached out again and they promptly put another shipment in the mail.

Very very pleased just got one of 2 boxes running late but I’ve had some other stuff that I’ve checked with them with about and maybe promptly answer and reply it makes it real real convenient because I have that paid zella which is attached to my banking account I might pay a little bit more but I feel so much better doing it this way will order from again most definitely

Paid via Zelle. Website claims 48 hour response time. It’s been 4 working days and NO response. They got my money. UPDATE. I got a response AFTER posting this review that they received my payment. I’m still not holding my breath. I will be happy to update this review and change the rating when I recieve the product.

Order not shipped even after 7 days
i ordered from the site on 09/07/23 the actual date is 16/07/23 my order status is payment confirmed since 10/07/23 but i got no email regarding shippment, i know the items should be shipped 4/5 days after placing the order at least from euro pharma for Europe country’s.
been 7 days and still nothing. i send 2-3 emails to PharmaHub.to from the contact module and got no answer back. so yeah.
so far not a good experience i can’t recommend ordering from it.
i will keep you guys updated if anything changes.

they are legit
Be patient, they are legit. Make your 1st order a small $ amount if you’re understabley skeptical…Shipping does take awhile, around 15 days plus two businesses days to review payment. It took the 4 day to review my 1st payment, they then rushed the shipping at no additional cost. Customer service does reply
