How To Pay Your Order With International Bank Wire Transfer

In order to validate and ship your order, we offer you the opportunity to pay by bank transfer to a USA bank account. We receive your payment in 2 to 6 days.

Please follow the instructions below to pay your order through bank transfer: using your bank website, mobile application, your bank or by going to your bank and request the transfer.

Option A – Internet bank transfer

Each bank is a little different but here is the method to follow:

  1. Please connect to your online bank and select β€œTRANSFERS”
  2. Go to β€œSEND MONEY TO SOMEONE”
  3. And use the payment information you are seeing on the order confirmation page.
  • Important: never specify the website name or the nature of your order.
  • We add +9% bank transfer fee from our side. The additional charges of your bank transfer (depending on your bank) are your responsibility.

IMPORTANT: After your payment, please send us the confirmation form by below. Please also send the PAYMENT PROOF document (.PDF / screenshots, with references of the transaction).

Option B – Bank transfer fromΒ  your local bank office

If you can not make a transfer from the Internet, the right solution is to go to an agency and come to the counter asking for an international bank transfer.

You will need to have:

  1. An ID proof,
  2. Your account number,
  3. And use the payment information you are seeing on the order confirmation page.
  • Important: never specify the website name or the nature of your order.
  • We add +9% bank transfer fee from our side. The additional charges of your bank transfer (depending on your bank) are your responsibility.
