Not my 1st time pharmahub.to

I waited to get a little physiological response (fast ester). I went with a different warehouse to give’em a try. And once again another great order. This order was much quicker, maybe because it wasn’t the holiday season. But the stuff is legit, strong and was packed properly/appropraitely. I will be back again.

Why is there a delay in the delivery of my parcels? I placed my order two weeks ago and so far I haven’t received anything, not even an email confirming that the parcel is on its way.

However, I advise you to contact customer service so that they can give you the tracking number for your parcel, so that you can follow it and see any updates during delivery.

2(TWO) claims asking…

I have submitted 2(TWO) claims asking questions about my order, and 2(TWO) times I haven’t gotten the time of day from them. I made a purchase Sunday, October 8th 2023, my order consisted of 90$ product including express shipping(without the insurance) because I figured as a first time buyer and based off some decent reviews that I would be ok. All im asking is an update on my product. Express shipping stated 3-5 days, DAYS, thats kinda what I expect paying extra for it. I understand stuff happens and things maybe slower, but as i understand if something happened they would inform me. Guess not?

I’ve been patient, in waiting for a response, but I’ve hit it. Customer service seems to be AWFUL unless you give them a bad review apparently. I want to be nice because im new to this part of the industry… all I want is communication! If I get some then maybe I’ll update my review. Im unsure as of right now.

Edit/update(10/18/23): just got the tracking number on the Pharmahub.to site last night. Update with tracking number has a disclaimer about possible manufacturing issue as they are the sender. I will update upon more information, pharmahub.to May not be to blame for this issue, but their supplier would be, if this turns out to be the case I will rewrite my review of Pharmahub.to.

Final update: Pharmahub.to was NOT TO BLAME, it was the distributor. I see it fit to leave 4 stars as this is something out of their control, and it’s their supplier. Pharma, I owe you an apology, for my acts and will leave this review up in its entirety as a means of learning. 4 out of 5, the loss of 1 Star being who you buy it from, you the purchaser NEEDS to read the entire page and reviews for best service.

So I have looked everywhere online

So I have looked everywhere online, have been ripped off from other places so call businesses, then I came across a place called Pharmahub. At first I was sceptical and made a really small order. Well needless to say I’ve been with this company now for some time couple years, these guys flipping rock!! I want to thank you Pharmahub , your customer service is fast and punctuality is top notch. Thank you guys for fixing customs interceptions, they say what they mean and mean what they say. If anything happens rest assured they will make it right. So if anyone out there is skeptics,,, no need with pharmahub they are the real deal.. thanks again…

Great products, excellent customer support!

I have ordered twice from Pharma hub. My first order was shipped and received several days earlier than expected. I got excellent results from the product (Deca 200 / Test E 200 – Vial 10ml – Dragon Pharma), 15lbs lean muscle gain with 2% body fat reduction in about 60 days.

I submitted my second order early to avoid running out of product and added Testo Blend 350 – Dragon Pharma to stack with the Deca 200/Test E 200. When my product was over 4 weeks late I became concerned. I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours assuring me that my order was guaranteed and that a replacement would be shipped immediately. As promised, I received the order in about 12 days and everything worked out fine. They even included a free gift.

Yes, we deliver to Switzerland.Insurance is not compulsory, but is recommended. It represents only 10% of the total amount of the order, but guarantees you (1) a free return in the event of a fault.

Insurance

It was a good idea to set up the insurance, even if it’s a bit expensive, it guarantees the parcel against any setbacks, and the order can be returned if it arrives damaged.<

Great Customer Service

Original shipment got lost in the mail and after contacting customer service, they advised I needed to wait a couple of weeks to ensure it was truly lost. After 2 weeks, I reached out again and they promptly put another shipment in the mail.

Thank you pharmahub…,you guys rock.. so if anyone out there is having any doubts about if this is legit business and if you think it’s a scam… think again…!! Pharmahub is the real deal !!! I’ve been doing business with them for a couple years and any time I’ve had a question they are on it and if by chance anything happens during shipping and you don’t receive your parcel,,for any reason, pharmahub will make it right. Customs

I ordered back in March 28, products were sent one by one and took a few months. Last two items are at customs and I sent a few emails inquiring an update with no response.
