For those that are reading this review, I was expecting at least 5 weeks and I got it in around 3. There were no updates in the portal until 3 days before the package arrived, but support is very responsive if you have any concerns. Thank you guys again. Also, personally, I’m not a fan of Paybis, but that’s just my advice.

My first order with Pharmahub went really well, there was some initial confusion on the payment side but once that was figured out I received my order quickly.
The second order hasn’t been nearly as smooth. I placed my order originally on 8/23. There was no update on it’s status until 8/29 at which point a label seems to had been created with a tracking number. There were updates until 9/3 all of which said either Arriving or Departed Shipping Partner Facility. Since 9/3 the status has been:
“Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item, Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 9:00 am on September 3, 2025…A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package”
I appreciate what Pharmahub does, and my first order went very well. But given that it’s now 9/9 and there has been no update to my order, specifically no response from the multiple times I’ve reached out to customer support is disappointing. I will gladly update/change my review given I receive some kind of helpful response.

However, we are surprised to read that you did not receive a response, as we replied to each of your emails. We invite you to check your spam folder. Our emails sometimes end up there.

Nothing is always going to be perfect in logistics, but if they have always accommodated me, and I have made some mistakes myself, so I know they have had to be patient with me.
