I ordered on 10/23 and made payment immediately after via ZELLE. I followed the directions and provided the proof of payment. I received an email on 10/23 at 2:04PM EDT stating the “Payment Form Well Received” and that I would hear something within 48 hours. It has been well beyond 48 hours and I am worried I will not receive my order and be out my money. Can someone please reply to this review and advise me the status of my order?

I ordered at the beginning of August with Bitcoin from an American warehouse. With insurance. It’s almost October I never received my product they told me it had a ship from China and they were sorry and now it’s lost in shipping. Even though I paid insurance they just sent me bullshit email after bullshit email placating me while not doing anything.
I’ve told them 20 times please can I redeem my insurance cuz I paid you a lot of money oh yeah we’ll do it tomorrow do it tomorrow do it tomorrow they never do it so I don’t know what’s going on with this place I I had a successful experience with them once but it seems like maybe they’re going downhill maybe they’re having problems or something but I just don’t know if they’re trustworthy anymore I can’t honestly say it’s a safe place to send your money cuz I’m out $140 AND I paid ‘ insurance’ .
